Beulah Elliott, 78, of Portsmouth, passed away Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington. She was born August 7, 1939 in Kehoe, KY, a daughter of the late Milford and Madge Sperry Wolfe.
Beulah was a graduate of Wurtland (KY) High School and she worked as an accountant for the former Capital Pontiac. She was a member of Cornerstone United Methodist Church and an active member of the Shriners Auxiliary and James Dickey Post #23 American Legion Auxiliary.
Surviving is her husband of 48 years, James A. Elliott; a brother, Boyde Wolfe of Kehoe; a sister-in-law, Linda Hutchens of Portsmouth; and nephew, John Patrick (Melissa) Hutchens of Portsmouth.
She was also preceded in death by three brothers, Donald, Gary and Walter Wolfe.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth and interment in McKendree Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 5 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to services Friday.
