David Lane Phillips

   David Lane Phillips, 61, of Portsmouth, died Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. He was born November 7, 1962, in Portsmouth, a son of Janet Marian Blair Phillips and the late Richard Stanley Phillips.

   David was a 1981 graduate of Portsmouth High School.

   Surviving is his mother, Janet M. Phillips of Portsmouth; and two brothers, Michael J. (Deborah) Phillips of West Portsmouth, and Jeff A. Phillips of Lucasville.

   There are to be no services. Arrangements are under the direction of the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth.
