Delicia Altegracia Robinson, 72, of Portsmouth, passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at the SOMC Hospice Center. She was born on February 2, 1953, on the island of Tortola, British Virgin Islands, to the late Henry and Virginia Potter Robinson. She spent many years living in St. Thomas, USVI.
Delicia worked as a domestic and enjoyed the company of her sister, Carmen, while living in Portsmouth.
Surviving are her four children, Carmen L. Samuel and Avery Baron, both of St. Thomas, Virgin Islands, Germaine Hall of Orlando, FL, and David Robinson of Vero Beach, FL; three siblings, Carmen W. Josey of Clemmons, NC, Henrietta White of SC, and Lorenzo Robinson of Ft. Mitchell, AL; and ten grandchildren. She also leaves behind a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, and more.
Services and burial will take place in St. Thomas under the direction of Turnbull’s Funeral Home, www.turnbullsfuneralhomevi.com.
Local arrangements are under the direction of the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth.
