Francine Elaine Bell

   Francine Elaine Bell, 58, passed away on Monday, January 8, 2024, at her home in Athens. She was born on May 7, 1965, in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Harold Gene and Doris Mills Bell, Sr.

   A 1983 PHS graduate, Francine is survived by her daughter, Ivy Bell, of Cincinnati; four grandchildren, Ilijah, Iralynd, Indiyah and Izriel; four brothers, Reginald L. (Janice) Robinson of Athens, Bishop Harold (Starria) Bell, Jr. of Portsmouth, Mark Bell of Los Angeles, CA, and Alphonso A. Robinson of Austin, TX; and a sister, Cheryl Koerber of Seattle, WA.

   In addition to her parents, Francine was preceded in death by six siblings, Russell Robinson, Raymond Robinson, Roger Bell, Kenneth Robinson, Renee Robinson and Lisa Bell.

   A Memorial Service will be held at 1 P.M. Saturday at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth with Bishop Harold Bell, Jr. officiating.

   The family will receive friends from noon until the funeral hour.
