Kenneth Kozee Obituary

Kenneth Ray Kozee, 68, of Portsmouth, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023 at his home. He was born March 18, 1954 in Portsmouth, a son of the late Robert Kozee and Anna Marie Collins Ray.

Kenny had been a 30-year truck driver for Crete Carrier Corp. based in Lincoln, NE and he enjoyed traveling cross country for his work. In his free time, he enjoyed building and modifying things and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Surviving are three brothers, Anthony Kozee of Portsmouth, Donald W. Kozee of Newark and James Paul Kozee of Otway; three sisters, Helen Y. Meade of Youngstown, Ruth Paula Haynesworth of Albuquerque, NM, and Roberta L. Ray of Versailles, IN; and many nieces, nephews and their families.

In addition to his parents, Kenneth was preceded in death by four brothers, Robert E. Kozee, John Kozee, William Kozee and Darvin Kozee.

At his request, there are to be no services. Arrangements are under the direction of the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home in Portsmouth.
