A true artist, he was also a talented carpenter and home builder and had a beautiful garden.    Surviving are two sons, Jason Webb of Vanceburg, KY, and Aaron Webb of Franklin Furnace; his brother, James L. Webb of Ironton; a sister, Carol Meldrum of Titusville, FL; two grandchildren, Wyatt and Gracie Webb; and several nieces, nephews and their families.

In addition to his parents, Dick was preceded in death by his son, Richard W. Webb II, on May 18, 2019.
