Deborah Josephine Lockhart

   Deborah Josephine “Debbie” Lockhart, 61, of Portsmouth, passed away at her home Friday, August 27, 2021. She was born August 18, 1960 in Portsmouth, a daughter of the late Ralph Eugene Lockhart and Betty Jane Ransbottom Griffiss. She was employed in and around the Portsmouth area, most recently the Portsmouth Dairy Queen.

   Debbie is survived by her son Matthew Alan Lockhart of Chesapeake and one daughter Brittany Jane Wiseman of Portsmouth; a brother, Mark Douglas Lockhart of Ubly, MI; two grandchildren, Landon Howard and Riley Gillium.   She was also preceded in death by three siblings, Kenneth and David A. Lockhart and Terri Odell Lockhart.
