Rose Adams Obituary

Rose Legat Adams, 93, of West Portsmouth, passed away Christmas day, Saturday, December 25, 2021, in Ft. Myers, FL. She was born in Riegelsville Twp., PA. on September 19, 1928, a daughter of the late Alex and Elka Fartek Legat. Rose was a retired real estate agent and property owner, mother and home maker.

Preceding Rose in death on January 6, 2004, was her husband, Belvin Victor Adams, whom she married in Philadelphia, PA on December 24, 1945.

She is survived by her son, Phil Adams of San Jose, CA; daughters, Naomi Sue (Robert) Brantjes of Amsterdam, Netherlands and Regina Rae (Bob) Smith of West Portsmouth; brother, Charles Legat of Allentown, PA; seven grandchildren; and four great-granddaughters.

Also preceding Rose in death was her son, Paul T. Adams; four brothers, Joseph Faher, Paul, Ernest and Alex Legat; and two sisters, Mary Mast and Julie Hanchick.
